Samantha (Sam) Santiago has spent twenty years in Executive leadership roles at Toyota, Hyundai, Staples, Liberty Mutual and Farmers Insurance. As a first generational college graduate, Sam knows what it takes to get to the next level. Sam has spent over a decade as a coach and helps Women achieve peak performance and find relief from burnout. 

As CEO & Founder of MAKE BIG BETS, Samantha (Sam) Santiago will  provide individual and group coaching on Leadership, Performance & Burnout. Samantha will also be available for future Speaking events on amplifying BURNOUT and how Women can recover. As a 20 year corporate veteran Samantha has broken countless barriers to win her seat at the leadership table & through coaching and speaking she hopes to do the same for other Women.
